Town of Greenwich Fire Department Volunteer Recruitment and Retention

It is the mission of the Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Retention with the Greenwich Fire Department to effectively facilitate the recruitment and retention of volunteer fire personnel. The Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator, Tobias Ostapchuk, assists the Fire Department in providing an adequate number of competently trained volunteer firefighters for our fire department. Volunteers are actively recruited through effective public relations and marketing programs and the continued development of the volunteer segment.
